Dr. Martin Wenderoth

Dr. Martin Wenderoth (born 1975) has over 25 years of experience in the medical devices and pharmaceutical sectors. Thereof, he worked for 15 years in an international context as managing director. His areas of responsibility included, among others, Finance & Controlling, IT, HR, Purchasing, SCM, Logistics, as well as the sales function. After positions in Austria, Romania, and Bulgaria, he was most recently responsible for the Spanish branches and, at the same time, as CFO for B. Braun's Latin America region. In addition to his operational activities, Dr. Wenderoth has been leading both strategic realignments, M&A projects, as well as digitalization, restructuring and transformation programs. Academically, he holds a PhD in Economics and completed executive education programs at the IESE Business School and the MIT Sloan School of Management. He currently holds a managerial position at THOR GmbH, a leading company in the specialty chemicals sector.
