Philip Borbély

Philip Borbély, born 1975, is responsible for the operational development of the portfolio companies. After studying international business administration (BA) in Germany, England and the USA, he completed an Executive MBA (EMBA) Mergers & Acquisitions at the Vienna University of Technology. He also completed an Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the IESE Business School.

He started his professional career as a strategy consultant for a leading e-commerce software provider and subsequently worked for an international operations transformation management consultancy.

Since 2005, Philip Borbély has been working as an interim manager and entrepreneur. As CRO, he was responsible for leading various restructurings, carve-outs and implemented value creation and scale-up programs across Europe for portfolio companies in various industries from different private equity investors, both listed and fund-financed.
