Private Assets SE & Co. KGaA: Closing of the acquisition of Climate Ceiling Solutions from Zehnder Group AG completed

Hamburg, 02 July 2024. July 2024, Private Assets SE & Co. KGaA (Private Assets) has successfully completed the acquisition of the Climate Ceiling Solutions division of Zehnder Group AG. The closing of the transaction and the transfer of the business have now taken place. Private Assets announced the takeover on 16 May 2024. 

Private Assets has acquired both the business unit in Germany (Zehnder Climate Ceiling Solutions GmbH) and the one in France (Zehnder Climate Ceiling Solutions SAS). The Climate Ceiling Solutions business unit covers the efficient air conditioning of commercial spaces via climate ceilings. The existing company locations in Lahr, Germany, and Evry, France, will be retained.
