Private Assets SE & Co. KGaA: Successful closing of the complete acquisition of the French company Esvres Matriçage S.A.S.

Hamburg, 05. August 2024: Private Assets SE & Co. KGaA (Private Assets, WKN A3H223) has acquired all shares in Esvres Matriçage S.A.S. (Esvres Matriçage) from Bons & Evers (NL) as planned. Esvres Matriçage is a French manufacturer of copper and brass forgings that was founded in Esvres sur Indre in 1919 and mainly supplies the electrical and automotive industries.  The company has an annual turnover of around EUR 10 million. This acquisition is in line with Private Assets' development path towards becoming an internationally active investment company.

Dr Björn Schlosser, Managing Director of Private Assets France, is delighted with the completed transaction: "With Esvres Matriçage, we have acquired an attractive and promising company. Esvres Matriçage will integrate well into the network of our investments and benefit from our extensive expertise in the manufacturing industry.
